At ForgedAudio, we stand by the quality of our products. If your speaker is defective straight out of the box, we sill replace it free of charge.
How it works:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the defect
- Ship the defective product back to us
- Once we receive it, we will send you a replacement of the same model at no extra cost.
Please note:
- All speakers are tested carefully before leaving ForgedAudio.
- Only defective products are eligible for replacement.
- Damage caused after delivery or by misuse is not covered.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
